A classy half century from Zeeshan Mushtaq ensured Sealine Tuskers secured a close 11-run victory over Royal Cricket Academy in the 24th Sharjah Invitation T20 Tournament. The tournament is organized by Sharjah Cricket Council.

Put in to bat first, Sealine Tuskers had a terrible start with only the opener Asin Mehmood contributing just 13 runs.

It took a brilliant innings from Zeeshan who kept the fielders on their toes as he smashed a power-packed 85 from only 39 deliveries. His innings was studded with six boundaries and seven sixes.

Fahad Janjua (26) and Labriaz Naimat (18) made crucial contributions as Sealine Tuskers posted a significant 187 for nine in 20 overs.

In reply, Royal CA were in serious crises when Waleed Rahim ploughed into the top order scalping three wickets. But Umair and Hamza Mehar bailed the team from the sudden loss and put them back on the road.

Umair made a well-crafted 38 as Hamza hit a superb 53 as Royal Cricket Academy looked set to give Sealine Tuskers some tough competition.

Despite the fall of both the well settled batsmen, Uzair continued to carry on the good work but his unbeaten 31 could not help Royal Cricket Academy as they fell short by 11 runs.

Aakash Dev Kumar was the other successful bowler to pick two wickets.
